OFF AGAIN TO FUSHUN CHINA

As you may know, Pat and I went to Fushun China last July to work at an orphanage. We went with a small group from Visiting Orphans. This organization is an extension of America World Adoption Agency, a Christian non profit organization that arranges adoptions and sets up mission trips to China.

We were so touched by the children and our overall experience that we will be returning in June to Fushun.
"Whoever embraces one of these children as I do embraces me" Mark 9:36-37

Do You Believe In Miracles?

The Story To Get Cindy….During our visit to the orphanage, Criss Keegan, a member of our group became attached to 13-year-old Cindy. She had come to the orphanage as an older child after both parents were killed. Cindy spoke Chinese, Japanese and some English. Criss inquired if Cindy’s paper work for adoption was completed and was told that Cindy was too old and it would be too difficult for her to be adopted. Through prayer, persistence and countless hours on the telephone to China and the help of many people, Cindy Keegan was officially adopted March 4, her 14th birthday.
